Copyright and Takedown Policy
SaveMediaOnline respects intellectual property rights and expects every user to do the same. Only download content that you own, that is in the public domain, or that you are authorized to download and use.
What the service does
SaveMediaOnline provides tools that analyze user-supplied public URLs and, when technically available, help the user obtain media from the relevant source. SaveMediaOnline does not claim ownership of third-party content and is not affiliated with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or their owners.
Submitting a copyright notice
A rights holder or authorized representative may submit a clear notice through our Contact page. Include: identification of the copyrighted work; the exact source URL or other precise location; your name and contact details; an explanation of your authority; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized; and a statement that the information is accurate. Electronic or physical signature information may be requested where required by law.
How notices are handled
We review sufficiently detailed notices, may request clarification, and may restrict relevant service functionality or access where appropriate. Because source content is hosted by third-party platforms, you may also need to contact the platform that hosts the original material.
Misrepresentation and counter-information
Do not submit false, misleading, or abusive claims. Affected parties may be allowed to provide evidence of authorization, ownership, public-domain status, or another lawful basis. We evaluate available information and applicable legal obligations.
Repeat or serious abuse
We may restrict users, sessions, sources, or patterns associated with repeated infringement, fraudulent notices, or serious misuse. We also cooperate with valid legal process where required.
Every user is responsible
Technical availability does not grant legal permission. Before saving or redistributing media, confirm that your intended use complies with copyright law, the platform’s terms, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
