About SaveMediaOnline

SaveMediaOnline is a browser-based service that helps people analyze public media links and download the formats that are genuinely available for those links. Our goal is simple: make it easier to save media you own, created, or have permission to download—without requiring an app installation.

What SaveMediaOnline does

Paste a supported public URL into a downloader and the service checks the source, analyzes the media that is currently available, and presents relevant download options. Availability can differ by platform, post, region, and source quality. We currently focus on supported public content from services such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Built around useful, accurate results

We show formats based on the media a platform makes available for a particular URL. That means a resolution or audio option shown for one link may not exist for another. Private, restricted, deleted, expired, or otherwise inaccessible content may not be available.

Privacy-conscious processing

SaveMediaOnline temporarily processes the information needed to analyze and deliver a requested download. Source URLs may be stored in encrypted form while a job is active, and certain technical identifiers may be hashed to protect the service from abuse. Temporary jobs, generated files, and links expire according to configured retention periods. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.

Responsible use

SaveMediaOnline is intended for lawful, personal use. Only download content that you own or are authorized to download. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, obtain private material, or redistribute content without permission. Please review our Acceptable Use Policy and Copyright and Takedown Policy.

Independent service

SaveMediaOnline is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or their respective owners. Platform names and trademarks belong to their owners.
